Badminton

The Ulster Branch of the Badminton Union of Ireland (UBBUI) will be acting as the governing body for the Games. The UBBUI has been existence since 1911 and is very experienced in organising large events at local, national and international level.

Detailed scheduling (exact dates and times for individual events) will be confirmed at the beginning of July 2013.

The venue for badminton is the National Badminton Centre in Lisburn.

The venue, also known as Lisburn Racquets Club, is Lisburns premier racquet sports club. The club's facilities include The National Badminton Centre which is mainly used by the UBBUI to hold major competitions.
